Carlos Eduardo Kuaffmann Ramirez is a famous Venezuelan widely known as Carlos Kauffmann. He was born and brought up in Venezuela. Carlos got married to Diosdado Cabello, the sister in law of the Governor of Miranda. Carlos Kauffmann is seen to have a bright career throughout his life.

Although Carlos Kauffman attended his educational degree in the field of maxillofacial and dentistry, he had no interest to continue the profession of a dentist. He also graduated in the field of Odontology from the Universidad Central De Venezuela. He was more interested in automobiles and thus more associated with the sport of car racing since childhood. Carlos Kauffmann begun his career in 1990 as the founder of the company named as Valores Balcaf. He wanted to ensure the continous growth of the cooperatives global and that is the reason as to why he setup this foundation. In 1996, he became the founder of the company Universal Express de cambio, a logistic business firm which managed the delivery of shipping packages in countries abroad. In 1997, Carlos Kauffman has also served as a shareholder through Inversora Comercializadora 2516. In 1998, he still worked for the same organization I.e. Valores Balcaf. Carlos Kauffmann rendered services the the Forex firm in 2002. The year that Carlos Kauffmann would never forget is 2003 which turned out to be a huge career success for himself. Carlos Kauffmann became the director and shareholder of Indutrias Venoco in the year 2003. He also became a partner in the oil and chemical company in Venezuela with Daniel Albornoz and Franklin Duran.

After what is seen as a prodigious business career, Carlos Kauffmann still never left back his wishes of car racing. He was very passionate about the car racing sport since childhood.
